How I work

The way a company brings in an interim CFO or CTO for a specific stretch, you bring me in for HR — by the hour, for the problem that needs solving. Plus a niche few combine on the Swedish market: AI in HR, where modern tools genuinely cut the paperwork.

Four languages, both sides

I work in Swedish, Polish, English and Italian. That means I understand both sides — the company entering the Swedish market, and the authority asking for the documentation. If you're leading from outside the country, I translate the rules, not just the words.

What I'm not

Not a law firm — I don't represent you in court or write legal opinions. I'm a practitioner, not a lawyer.
Not a large HR agency with a fixed package and an annual contract. One person you bring in for the time you need.
